Nevertheless the weekend was windy and cloudy, on Monday the weather was great for the outdoor activities. That was really fantastic, since the team building event was planned for that day – kayaking in the X-park.
And even though it was a little difficult, we all had a fantastic time: laughing a lot, joking on everything and even singing. To be honest, the spirit of competition was present too, but we all were acting as a team and friendship won.
When we are all together, we can deal with anything. Thanks to this teambuilding, now it feels we know and understand each other better.
