These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the public corporate website at varteq.com, operated by VARTEQ Inc. ("VARTEQ," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. Purpose of the site

This site describes VARTEQ, our software engineering services, selected project work, careers and contact options. It is an informational corporate website. It does not offer an online checkout, consumer purchasing account or payment service.

Website descriptions are not binding offers, contractual service levels, technical specifications, professional advice or guarantees of a particular project outcome. An engagement with VARTEQ is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not create a contractual client relationship, employment relationship, promise of recruitment or obligation to proceed with a project. VARTEQ processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where the site links to external services, those sites are governed by their own terms and policies. VARTEQ does not control their content merely by linking to them.

Disputes related to the site may be brought before courts with competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory rights and venue rules.
