VARTEQ is looking for Software Development Engineer. The project is a patient-centered predictive health analytics platform, that provides advanced genomic testing and merges big data analytics with clinical diagnostics.
Must Have
• At least 2-4 years of experience • Programming experience in SQL, Java, Python, R, Scala etc.
• Experience using open source big data components like: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Cassandra etc.
• English: Intermediate or above
