Position Overview
We are looking for a for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer for a short-term project with a US-based semiconductor company.
Current duration is 40 hours a week for six weeks. The project is a Proof of Value implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower, focused on discovering and managing AI agents across the client’s environment, including Copilot, ChatGPT, and other tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for the AI Control Tower project
- Define technical approaches for integrations, workflows, data models, roles, and permissions
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer
- Develop business rules, Script Includes, client scripts, and scheduled jobs
- Work with Discovery / Cloud Discovery
- Investigate and resolve complex platform and integration issues
- Work directly with client technical stakeholders on requirements and solution decisions
- Support testing, deployment, and technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Script Includes - Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, roles, and permissions
- Experience with Update Sets and deployment processes
- Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery / Cloud Discovery
- Experience with AI Control Tower or AI governance
- Experience with ITOMCSA, CAD, or CIS certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine or ATF
