Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to build and customize high-impact eCommerce solutions on the Salesforce Core Platform. You’ll work on features that shape the customer shopping experience — from product catalog and promotions to checkout and order management — and see your work make a direct impact on business growth.
(Note: This role focuses on Salesforce Core Platform with Apex and eCommerce capabilities, not Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFCC.)
About the Project
Our digital commerce platform serves as a core driver of customer engagement and revenue growth. Built on Salesforce Core Platform with B2B/D2C commerce capabilities, it powers SKU-based product catalogs, personalized promotions, advanced checkout flows, and integrations with multiple enterprise systems. You will be part of an agile, fast-moving team that delivers features end-to-end — from front-end experience to backend integrations.
Your Role
- Implement custom features and enhancements on Salesforce Core Platform tailored to D2C eCommerce models (catalog navigation, personalized promotions, customer journeys)
- Develop and maintain components for core commerce flows — browsing, checkout, order management
- Translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and well-tested code for web and mobile storefronts
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (payment gateways, tax/shipping services, analytics, ERP)
- Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to deliver within sprint timelines
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to coding standards, and refine deployment/testing processes
- Troubleshoot production issues, apply hotfixes, and optimize performance
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment automation
What We Expect
- 5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce Core Platform and Apex
- Proven experience in Salesforce Core Platform D2C commerce environments
- Strong knowledge of SKU-level catalogs, promotions, customer profiles, and checkout flows
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST API integration
- Experience with third-party service integrations (e.g., PayPal, Avalara, UPS)
- Ability to deliver from concept to deployment with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Git and version control best practices
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification
- Experience with headless/composable commerce models
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
- Knowledge of accessibility and performance standards for eCommerce
- Agile/Scrum experience (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
What We Offer
- Direct ownership of critical components in our D2C digital transformation
- Real impact on customer experience and sales growth
- Collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Opportunities to work with cutting-edge Salesforce and commerce technologies
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leaves.
