Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate Front-End Engineer to help bridge the gap between design and development, delivering seamless and engaging user experiences.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

Experience working with and implementing design systems.

Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) and usability testing tools.

Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver user-centric digital experiences.

Translate wireframes and high-fidelity designs into responsive, scalable front-end solutions.

Develop and maintain interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions.

Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/ARIA) and optimize for SEO best practices.

Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior with tools like Google Tag Manager.

Maintain and document the design system, front-end workflows, and best practices.

Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, front-end technologies, and industry standards.
