Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll juggle multiple small-to-mid-sized IT projects simultaneously while actively supporting our technical team in pre-sales activities: from scoping solutions to client-facing discussions.
What You’ll Do
- Run several projects in parallel across different clients and industries, keeping delivery on track without dropping balls
- Partner with our technical team during pre-sales: participate in discovery calls, help estimate timelines and resources, contribute to proposals
- Own the full project lifecycle: from kickoff through delivery – across web, mobile, and custom software development
- Keep clients informed and happy through proactive communication and expectation management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) and remove blockers before they become problems
- Build and refine processes that work for lean, fast-moving projects
- Track team performance metrics and lead retrospectives that actually improve how we work
- Maintain clear documentation in Jira, Confluence, and our internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a Project Manager on IT/software development projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (not just one large engagement)
- Pre-sales exposure: you’ve helped scope work, contributed to estimates, or joined client calls before contracts were signed
- Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)—you adapt the methodology to fit the project, not the other way around
- Technical fluency: you understand development stacks enough to have informed conversations with engineers and clients
- English C1+ (you’ll be client-facing)
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
What We Offer
- Fully remote work
- International team with clear processes and minimal bureaucracy
- Learning support: workshops, language courses, certifications
- Career growth within a global community of professionals
- Team events and company activities
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave
