Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help implement our solutions in schools, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to customer success and satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, skilled in communication, and motivated by results. You’ll be working closely with educational institutions to introduce innovative tools that improve how they teach and operate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attract new clients from among schools and other educational institutions.
- Provide expert consultation on modern educational solutions.
- Develop personalized offers tailored to each institution’s specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in presentations, seminars, and events to promote Prosvita products.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and communicate regularly with existing partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or client relationship management (preferred).
- Fluency in Ukrainian and strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and drive results.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
- Excellent self-organization and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to maintain stable work performance during power outages.
